Nicely appointed and modern place, I greatly enjoyed to be here.
Overall the room was nicely decorated with a sofa bed and a wonderful sunset and a balcony. A Jacuzzi and a shower were very handy.

The Riverside Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection, provided a delightful experience for us senior folks. The hotel's elegant and updated rooms were perfect for our needs. The hardwood floors and spacious sitting areas made it easy for us to navigate and relax. The hotel's accessibility was commendable, with no carpeted floors to worry about. , the staff was genuinely hospitable and friendly, ensuring our comfort and relaxation throughout our stay.
The only area I would suggest improvement for a better vacation for senior people is the availability of more amenities. It would be wonderful to have additional facilities and services tailored specifically to the needs of senior guests.

The room itself was well decorated and the hotel was clean. The staff were very very helpful, I loved easy check in. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with a sofa bed and balcony, for instance. No reason to complain, had a very nice stay in September 2016 on my trip northeast.

It's fairly clean, wonderful hotel and the staff is knowledgeable and excellent. It boasts absolutely perfect, gorgeous location just next door to the surrounding forests and trails and the restaurants.

The staff was amazingly nice and incredibly welcoming and responsive to requests. The location for Chesterfield was amazing, near the bridge, interstate, and the CT river. Furthermore, next to the lake.
Though everything was brand-new, some of the staff were dirty.

Had a lovely stay in September 2016 on our trip northeast. Had a nice size and impressive room with a balcony, an amazing view and wonderful views, and protected with smoke detectors. The staff were knowledgeable and excellent day and night. We loved the stay.

The hotel of choice in Chesterfield. Huge room, spotless with a balcony as well as beautiful views, excellent staff. Comfy and handy location next to the lake, clean facilities. Also - near to the CT river and the restaurants and stores located there and the ski area.
Beds were a little hard.

The setting was beautiful, not far from downtown, the CT river, which is the perfect location to enjoy Brattleboro, VT and interstate and restaurants. It was not too far away from Taste of Thai, serving fast food.
